Step-by-step walkthrough

Level: 777 — a smiling pixel-art pink caterpillar curled into a loop, drawn on a dark teal backdrop

Full board at start

How the Level Works

1. Tap a color block in the bottom queue to send it into one of the five slots above. The queue runs in four independent columns: a column only scrolls up when its own front block is taken, so the block you want is not always in the leftmost column.

2. Ants of that color pour out of the hole and eat every reachable pixel of the matching color on the picture; the number printed on the block counts down while they work. At 0 the block vanishes and frees its slot.

3. Some blocks arrive wrapped. Two of the 39 blocks land inside a white bandage and only show their real color and number a few frames later (steps 5 and 7 below). They still occupy a slot from the moment they land.

4. Pixels can be walled in. A block can sit with a handful of pixels left for well over a minute while the rest of its color is buried under other colors. That is normal — the pixels fall the moment the blocking color is gone.

5. Eat the entire picture to win. There is no move limit, so the order below only decides how fast the five slots recycle. One clean run clears the board at 3:58 (video time).

Complete Block Order (Which Color First, Then Which)

Timestamps are when the block lands in a slot (video time — the recording runs at 3x, so a real-time play-through is about three times longer). Count is the number printed on the block when it lands, verified against the queue block that left.

Pro Tips

1. Keep all five slots full. The picture is cleared by volume, not by order, so the only real waste is an idle slot. The moment a block hits zero, tap the next one from whichever queue column is ready.

2. Two of the blocks arrive wrapped — step 5 at 0:09 and step 7 at 0:09 both land inside a white bandage and show no number for a while. They are a White 9 and a Magenta 49; they hold their slot the whole time, so treat them as normal blocks.

3. The level's signature stall is the White 9 from step 5. It lands in slot 3 at 0:09 and does not free that slot until 1:35 — 86 seconds with only four working slots. Plan the first minute and a half around it.

4. Two more long holds follow. Pale pink 79 (step 6, 0:09) parks in slot 5 until 1:27 (78 seconds), and the Pale pink 82 from step 16 (1:12) and the Green 9 from step 15 (1:12) both hold their slots until roughly 2:26 — 74 seconds each.

5. Green and Teal unlock early, then disappear. Every Green and Teal block is gone by 2:28; after that the board is pure pink and ink, so late slots should be filled with Magenta, Pale pink or Dark grey.

6. Magenta is the slowest color. Four Magenta blocks (93, 105, 109 and 90) each lock a slot for 30 to 50 seconds. Place them when you can afford to lose a slot, and never queue two in a row unless the other three are long-running blocks.

7. There is a 20-second lull before the finale. Nothing new lands between step 34 at 3:01 and step 35 at 3:21; the queue then empties in a five-block burst between 3:39 and 3:42. After that you can only watch the last pixels drain.

8. Finale. The last block you place is Pale pink 84 at 3:42 and the last pixel on the board is also Pale pink, eaten at 3:58. No failed taps, no wasted moves.
