How the Level Works

1. Tap a color block in the bottom queue to send it into one of the five slots above the hole. The queue is a four-column grid, three blocks deep; a block leaves its cell when it is tapped and the grid refills behind it.

2. Ants of that color pour out of the hole and eat every reachable pixel of the matching color on the picture; the number printed on the block counts down while they work. At 0 the block vanishes and frees its slot.

3. All five slots are open from the first second. There is no locked slot on this level, so the opening three blocks land within two seconds of each other and the whole run works with five slots.

4. Pixels can be walled in. A block can sit on a handful of pixels for minutes while the rest of its color is buried under other colors. That is normal - the pixels fall the moment the blocking color is gone. The worst stall here is Orange 20 in slot 3, which holds the slot for 3:46 (3:07 to 6:53).

5. Eat the entire picture to win. There is no move limit, so the order below only decides how fast the slots recycle. One clean run takes 7:16, and the Level Complete screen follows at 7:17.

Pro Tips

1. All five slots are open from the first second. There is no locked slot here, so the opening three blocks (Brown 20, Pale pink 8 and Pale pink 8) land within two seconds of each other. Tap the next block the moment a slot empties - an empty slot is idle ants.

2. Orange 20 in slot 3 is the bottleneck of the whole level. It lands at 3:07 and does not finish until 6:53 - 3:46 in one slot, more than half the run. Its last pixels are walled in behind the ink outline, so the number creeps down: it is still reading 13 at 5:24 and 5 at 6:12 before it finally clears. Nothing is broken; it is just blocked.

3. Brown is used exactly twice, and both blocks stall for about two minutes. The first Brown 20 lands at 0:10 and holds slot 1 until 2:21 (2:11); the second Brown 20 lands at 3:05 and holds slot 1 until 5:09 (2:04). Brown is the kid's hair, arms and shoes - small patches that are walled in by everything around them.

4. Dark grey is the ink outline, and it is the most-used color of the level - 17 blocks. It is drawn around every shape, so a Dark grey block always has something to eat, and it carries 331 of the level's 1,992 pixels. It is also the color of the very last pixel on the board.

5. Cyan 13 holds slot 5 for 1:24. It lands at 1:52 and does not clear until 3:16.5. Cyan is used nine times and its light-blue cloud shading is scattered all over the sky, so the first Cyan block drains fast and the later ones crawl.

6. Watch the two low-contrast colors, Sand and Mauve. The Sand block face is almost the same shade as the wooden panel behind the queue, and Mauve is a grey-purple that fades into the background too, so both are easy to scroll past. Sand is used 11 times (174 pixels) and Mauve twice.

7. The queue front-loads the big blocks. Dark grey 25, Sand 25, Mauve 33 and Blue 34 all land in the first three and a half minutes, and the two biggest blocks of the level - Teal 35 and Green 34 - follow at 4:05 and 4:02.5. The endgame blocks are smaller: the last eight average about 28.

8. Do not wait for the board to empty before tapping. The five slots only recycle when a block hits 0, so the fastest run keeps all five busy even while two of them are stalled.

9. Finale. The last block you place is Dark grey 33 at 7:11, and the last pixels - the final specks of the ink outline - fall at 7:16. The Level Complete screen follows at 7:17, with no failed taps and no wasted moves.
